One-time payment · credits valid 12 months · commercial licence included. A 2K export is a 2048 px file and costs 2 credits; it is rendered at that size rather than enlarged, and if a model ever caps below it the results panel says the file was resampled. 4K export is not offered yet — when it is, it will be a Studio-only option rather than something every pack unlocks.
What One Credit Buys
One credit is one 1K render (1000×1000); a 2K export costs two. Iterations cost the same as a first render, because generating a variation is the same work whether or not you have seen the room before.
The free run returns two watermarked renders at 1K and does not consume a credit. After that, credits never expire during the twelve months they are valid, and unused credits can be refunded within fourteen days of purchase — see the refund policy.
Why Not Only a Subscription
Most people redesign one or two rooms and stop. A monthly plan charges them for the months they are not thinking about their kitchen. Credit packs match that behaviour; the monthly plan exists for agents and designers who render every week and would rather not buy packs.
The monthly plan is $14.90 for 200 credits a month and can be cancelled at any time. It is the same model, the same resolution options and the same commercial licence — the only difference is that credits refresh instead of being bought.
Questions people ask before they upload
Do credits expire?
They stay valid for twelve months from purchase, and that clock does not reset when you use some of them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within fourteen days of purchase, as long as fewer than a quarter of the credits have been used. Renders already delivered are not refundable; the refund covers unused credits.
Is there a limit on commercial use?
No. Paid renders come with a commercial licence for listings, advertising, client decks and print. The only restriction is that you cannot resell the renders as a competing image service.
What happens if a render fails?
Failed renders are refunded automatically — the credit comes back to your balance and appears in your ledger as a refund, usually within a minute.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Creem (which covers regions where card acceptance is awkward). All three settle to the same credit balance.
Do you offer team seats?
Not yet. There is one credit balance per browser today, with no seat management or shared pool. Teams that need one invoice buy a Studio pack and work from a shared machine; if you need something more structured, write to support@roomfloat.com and say what you need.
