Terms of Service
Short version: upload photos you have the right to use, keep the licence to what you make, do not resell the service.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the renders you generate from them. By uploading you confirm you have the right to use the photo — a photo you took, a listing photo you are authorised to market, or an image licensed to you. Uploading somebody else's copyrighted interior photo to restyle it does not create a new right to it.
Paid renders carry a commercial licence: use them in listings, advertising, client presentations and print, for as long as you like. Free renders are watermarked and licensed for evaluation only. The one thing you may not do with any render is resell it as part of a competing image-generation service.
Acceptable Use
- No uploading images of people in private settings, or any image you do not have permission to use.
- No attempting to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or watermarking.
- No using the service to generate deceptive imagery — including staging a room and presenting it as its current physical condition without disclosure.
- No reselling access to the service itself.
What the Service Promises
We promise to render the photo you upload, to keep your credits accurate, and to refund credits for renders that fail. We do not promise that a render is accurate to scale, structurally feasible, or suitable for a construction or valuation decision. Renders are visualisations.
Availability is best-effort. The service depends on third-party image models; when a provider is unavailable we either fail the job and refund the credits, or fall back to a clearly labelled demo renderer. We will not silently return a demo image as if it were a model output.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stands. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
Questions people ask before they upload
Can I use renders in paid advertising?
Yes, with paid credits. The commercial licence covers ads, listings, decks and print. Free watermarked renders are for evaluation only.
Who owns the copyright in a render?
You own the render you generate, subject to the model provider's terms, which permit commercial use of outputs. We claim no ownership over your images.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge; credits already issued stay valid for their twelve-month window.
What if the service is down when I need it?
Jobs that cannot run are refunded automatically. If a deadline is at risk, email support@roomfloat.com and we will prioritise the queue.
